  • Jal Neti - A technique for cleaning nasal passages using warm saline water and a specially designed neti pot.

  • Sutra Neti - A more intense form of nasal cleaning that involves inserting a thin catheter through the nostril and into the throat.

  • Agnisara Kriya - A technique for stimulating the digestive system and increasing digestive fire.
